Ingredients:
mangalitsa pork, bacon, table salt, spices, peppers (1.7%), aroma, spice extracts, natural pork parts.
100 g of the finished product is prepared from 131 g of pork meat (including 65 g of mangalitsa meat).
It does NOT contain the addition of soy protein, lactose, gluten, flavour enhancer.

Mangalitsa meat is tender, very noble and not too heavy. It is recognized as a pearl among pork meats. It has a specific bloody, dark colour and a high content of lard. The meat of these pigs is tastier and healthier than traditional meats. It is more juicy and although it contains more fat, this fat is definitely healthier, contains more Omega 3 unsaturated fatty acids and the composition is more similar to vegetable fats. In Hungary, mangalitsa meat and preserves are a delicacy and synonymous with high-quality organic food. This is the culinary heritage of Hungary.
