4 tojássárgáját 15 deka porcukorral fehéredésig keverünk. 4 evőkanál hideg vizet, 1 csomag vaníliás cukrot hozzáadunk. 10-10 deka lisztet és mákot 1 kiskanál sütőporral összeforgatunk, az előzőekhez adjuk, a habbá vert 4 tojásfehérjét beleforgatjuk. Sütőpapírra simítva, közepes lánggal 16-18 percig sütjük. Finomliszttel meghintve gyúródeszkára borítjuk, a sütőpapírt lehúzzuk róla és még melegen vissza is tekerjük bele. Ha kihűlt kihengergetjük, 1 üveg szamócalekvárral megkenjük, feltekerjük.
